Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Let’s make a delicious smoothie together? Tobias makes himself a smoothie every morning, join us! It’s super simple to whip up and the best part is topping it off with some luscious coconut whip cream for that extra yum factor. Let’s blend up a tropical delight and enjoy every sip of our homemade creation.


What you’ll need to add.

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberry chucks

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt (we use SoDelicious unsweetened)

  • 2 1/2 cups coconut water

  • Dairy Free whipped cream (optional), we use coconut whipped cream


Instructions:

  1. Peel the bananas and add them to your blender.

  2. Add the frozen mango and strawberries.

  3. Add the dairy-free yogurt.

  4. Add the coconut water.

  5. Blend for 45-60 seconds.

  6. Fill a cup half way with dairy free whipped cream (optional).

  7. Pour the smoothie into the cup and garish however you like.

  8. Enjoy!

Strawberries

Strawberries contain antioxidants, vitamin C, and help support your immune system. They help lower inflammation in the body, assist in managing blood sugar levels and help guard against various other health conditions. 


Coconut Water 

Great source of electrolytes, contain cytokines which are signaling proteins that help control inflammation in the body. Is antioxidant dense, high in amino acids, Improves heart health, helps to maintain a healthy blood pressure and assists in lowering blood sugar. 


Dairy Free Yogurt

Recents studies have found that plant-based yogurts may have advantages over dairy yogurts, including higher fiber content and less sugar.
