What you’ll need to add.
1 1/3 cups warm plant-milk (288 grams) (coconut milk, recommended)
Slightly under 1/2 cup vegetable oil (96 grams)
What you‘ll need:
Large bowl
Rubber spatula
Whisk
Cupcake baking tin
Cupcake liners
Scooper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350° and line your baking pan with cupcake liners.
Add your cupcake mix into a large bowl, stir the mix to reincorporate the ingredients using a whisk or large spoon.
Measure out the plant milk and warm it up.
Measure out the canola or vegetable oil.
Add the plant milk and stir to combine.
Add the warm plant milk and vegetable oil to the cupcake mix and mix until combined using a whisk until smooth.
Scoop your mix into your cupcake tin to a little over 3/4 full.
Bake 24-26 minutes.
Remove from baking tin onto cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
Top with buttercream or your favorite topping and enjoy!
*Store in a sealed container at room temperature 2 days, or in the refrigerator up to 5 days, and frozen for up to 3 months.
*Makes 12 cupcakes using a 3.25 oz scooper.
