  • Allergens
    We are a fully vegan business which means all our ingredients originate from plants, there is no risk of cross-contamination with any animal-sourced ingredients. We are NOT a Nut-free or Gluten-free kitchen; however, we take allergens and food safety extremely seriously and are diligent in following all precautions to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Business Information
    We do not have a storefront. We are a licensed and insured home-based cottage-food business with our primary sales being through our online shop. We ship our products nationwide and we do sell locally via a monthly schedule and will be expanding to local markets and events. A local product and delivery calendar will be available monthly. Cottage-Food Establishments are food operations that are not subject to Florida's Food Safety Regulations. Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays Closed
  • Damages
    We take every precaution when packaging your order with the utmost care, however, damage can occur during shipping. If in the unfortunate event, your order is damaged, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we may assist you in finding a corrective solution. We are not responsible for packages damaged or stolen after delivery. if you have concerns about delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Our shippers routinely leave packages without requiring a signature.
  • Delivery & Pick Up
    Local Pick-up Orders Pre-order requirement: Four (4) days for orders with baked goods. Two (2) days for orders with only non-perishable products. ​ Customer Delivery & Pick-up Day We offer delivery services from Port Saint Lucie to Boca Raton once a month, making it convenient for you to enjoy our delicious products in the comfort of your home. To make the process smoother, delivery fees are based on the delivery address, so simply select "Local Delivery" at checkout and provide your details. Don't forget to place your orders in advance to secure a spot for our next scheduled delivery date. For our freshly baked bread lovers, remember that orders will close four days before the delivery day, ensuring you don't miss out on your favorite treats.   • Events & Markets
    Be sure to take a peek at the calendar for the upcoming events where you can grab your favorite products. We attend events and markets from Port Saint Lucie to Boca Raton. No need for pre-orders as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, however if you want to place and order in advance and pick up at one of our events we can absolutely accommodate you. Keep in mind that while we do our best to ensure product availability, we can't guarantee it, so be quick to get your hands on your must-have items. See you at our next event!
  • Gift Orders
    We love sending gifts! We are happy to include a personalized note card with your package. Please include your request for a note card with your order in the notes section at checkout or send us a message and include your order number.
  • Our Ingredients
    We strive to use the highest quality ingredients; we favor organic and strive to use the cleanest and highest quality ingredients available to us to create our products. We use premium unbleached and unenriched flours, and pure cane sugars, and take pride in the quality of our products knowing how much emphasis we place on our ingredients. For our jams, we prefer to use organic non-GMO fresh fruit whenever they are available to us, however depending on the season and the fruit, organic is not always available. All our fruits are thoroughly washed before cooking, we care about our customers and our products.   • Local Delivery
    Our artisan products and baked breads will be available for local delivery on a limited schedule. Please check the calendar and specified area for delivery dates available and order deadlines.
  • Our Guarantee
    We take immense pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellence in service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of our products or experience any problems with quality, service, or shipping, please notify us immediately. We take every precaution when packaging your order with the utmost care, however, damage can occur during shipping.     We strive to use the safest and healthiest options for both our clients, the planet and animals. We use BPA free and unbleached parchment sheets and baking liners. We opt for unbleached and eco friendly bags, and packaging materials and even some made with recycled materials. Our cellophane bags are plant based and our plastic containers are also made from plants, and 100% compostable. We try to be as present on conscious of every decision we make.

Non-Refundable Items include: All items or services purchased from Charity's Vegan Kitchen, LLC are non-refundable unless specified in writing by Charity's Vegan Kitchen, LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to: All Artisan Products including baking mixes, jams, seasonings, baked bread, digital products, online courses, and all gift cards.

  • General Shipping Info
    We are committed to fulfilling your order securely and promptly to ensure your order arrives at its destination as promptly as possible. We ship via USPS or UPS, delivery times vary depending on your state; all orders will be shipped from Port Saint Lucie, Florida. We are unable to ship to APO or P.O. Boxes and can only guarantee delivery to correct and complete street addresses. We are unable to forward a package in the event of an incorrect or incomplete street address. Should you have additional shipping questions that have not been answered here please contact us directly and we would be happy to assist you.

    Our standard shipping carriers are authorized to release your package at the shipping address without a signature; this means the recipient does not have to be home to accept the order.

    We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow up to (2) business days after your order has been placed for processing and packaging shipments and 2-5 business days for transit. If your order is placed on a Friday before 6 pm, your order will ship on Monday.
